We, at Gentle Beaver, stand firmly behind the qualities of our products. However, if for any reason the purchase does not satisfy your needs, we will try our best to accommodate you. We offer exchange or refund to all defects or damaged items within 7 days of the date of the receipt. The articles must be in their unused original condition.
Note that in the event of an accidental order, we can cancel your order if it hasn't been processed yet. Unfortunately, if it has, we cannot refund nor accept a return. Orders usually take less than a day to be processed.
- We do not return nor refund the articles on sale or in promotion.
To initiate a return or refund:
- Please request a return or refund by sending an email with your order number to: email@example.com
- Further instructions will follow by a response email. We usually answer emails in the same day of receipt.
Return by post:
- Place the items in their original packing and shipping box.
- Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage and ship the package to the address mentioned in the instruction email.
- We recommend you to use a carrier offering a tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your return and to cover the return shipping cost. Gentle Beaver is not liable if the package is lost in transit.
- We will contact you when we receive the returned parcel.
After the receipt:
- Upon inspection of the product, we will or will not refund or exchange your article depending on the validity of your claims.
- Refunds are processed within five business days of the item's receipt, and the reimbursement will be fulfilled with the original method of payment. We are not liable for a refund until it is returned and inspected.
